I’ve curated this unforgettable experience to provide a small group of women with an opportunity to recharge and renew. During our retreat, we will strengthen and restore our bodies and minds through daily fitness classes, exploration, and adventure. We’ll enjoy phenomenal, fresh local food, and balance our daily activities with plenty of time to relax.
Day 1 Arrive. You made it. Unwind while meeting other guests. Enjoy a nourishing local dinner and a restorative post-flight class.
Day 2 Slow Down. Enjoy a class at our private villa, then lounge by the pool, head to town for lunch, or explore a beach before we set off late day to the lovely village of San Pantaleo. With a beautiful backdrop of granite mountains and rustic buildings, this is the ideal setting to experience the slow pace of Sardinia. Enjoy drinks at an outdoor cafe, shop, have a lazy dinner, and watch the sun set over the mountains. Golden hour here is like no other.
Day 3 Explore. After a morning class, we set sail for the Maddalena Archipelago: seven islands and dozens of islets between Sardinia and Corsica, surrounded by crystalline waters and unspoiled coastlines. We’ll have lunch on the boat and be back in time for a restorative practice. Dinner at home.
Day 4 Replenish. I’ll lead an optional sunrise hike before class. Spend the day on your own at home, poolside, or head back to San Pantaleo – it is that good – or venture out to enjoy local beaches. Then I’ll whisk us off to an Agritursimo, the ultimate farm to table experience: all dinner ingredients will have been grown within sight of our table.
Day 5 Luxuriate. After class and breakfast we’ll board our private yacht for the day to explore Costa Smerelda at our own pace. We’ll land at a glamorous beach resort for a luxurious lunch; bring your sunnies and your camera. Then back home for a restorative practice, light dinner and a cozy night in, or out – you decide.
Day 6 Shift. Journey to the charming seaside town of Cala Gonone after an invigorating morning class. We’ll make a special stop to tour the Grotta di Ispinigoli – a cave featuring a stalagmite almost 35 meters high! Lunch at a nearby family restaurant. Arrive in town to our new accommodations, then wander and explore. Dinner options in this adorable town are endless.
Day 7 Discover. The Gulf de Orosei by boat. We will visit some of the best beaches in the world, including Marilou and Golaritze, accessible only via boat or foot. A photographer’s dream and swimmers paradise. Lunch on the boat, dinner on your own.
Day 8 Adventure. Hike the Gorropu Canyon. This is a challenging descent to the floor of an incredible canyon where we’ll wander and explore the fresh spring, oversized boulders, and incredible scenery. While the hike is epic, I’ll arrange an easy out – we’ll skip the ascent in favor of an off road jeep to the finish line. Later on, we’ll celebrate our final night together with a spirited gathering before you head off to dinner.
Day 9 BUON VIAGGIO! One more sunrise together, and of course there's a class before breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. I’m confident everyone who is part of this retreat will leave with a renewed sense of self and joyful memories of the physical challenges and great fun we shared in this extraordinary place.

I’ll offer classes AM and PM to keep you limber and strong and we’ll hike gorgeous trails, enjoy many beaches and sit back to watch the sunset again and again. I’ve thoughtfully curated the retreat to include excursions to satisfy both my adventurous friends and my pals who like to chill. All you have to do is wake up and see how you’re feeling about the day ahead. I’ve done the rest.
With fitness at the core of a VGW retreat, you won’t miss a beat when it comes to achieving your health and wellness goals. During our adventure, I’ll teach classes to benefit all fitness levels and there will be plenty of time for questions before and after practice. You’ll have the opportunity to try Barre, Yoga and restorative sessions- with individual focus on your needs. When you return you are not only on track, but also restored, energized and ready to continue your journey toward your optimal wellness back home.
From transportation to excursions, to our luxury accommodations, I’ve got us covered. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy all of this with an intimate group of new friends, or to find time by yourself. All excursions and classes are optional.

From hiking the breathtaking Gorropu Canyon, often referred to as the Grand Canyon of Sardinia, to leisurely walks along the beach, there's something for everyone of any fitness level to enjoy. Or, simply bring along a book and sunglasses and allow yourself downtime.
The beaches are numerous, each offering its own unique experience. Some are well-known and equipped with a variety of services, while others remain hidden, discoverable only through insider knowledge and exploration. All are absolutely stunning, featuring warm, exceptionally clear water.
The local cuisine is excellent and fresh! Sourced from both land and sea, Sardinian cuisine emphasizes simple ingredients and dishes like pane carasau (thin, flatbread), pecorino cheese, and fresh roasted fish with local herbs and lemon, reflecting the island's Mediterranean influences. We’ll explore food through a few delightful small towns that, while close together, maintain their own unique charm and distinct identities.
