Let me take the pressure out of your relationship and be the one to delver the instruction on how to stay tall and strong, reverse and avoid the dreaded “tech neck,’ set and keep fitness goals or introduce your teen to the importance of self care. These are lessons that last a lifetime when you invest in yourself early.
